HyperGrad Image provides free, browser-based image processing tools including SVG optimization, SVG to PNG conversion, WebP conversion, EXIF viewing and removal, image format conversion, image stitching, GIF frame extraction, color extraction, placeholder generation, and Base64 encoding/decoding. All tools process images locally in your browser without uploading to any server.

Since all image processing happens in your browser, we never have access to your images or files. You retain full ownership and rights to all content you process using our tools. We claim no ownership over your data.

The HyperGrad Image website, including its design, code, text, graphics, and tool implementations, is the property of Chengdu HyperGrad Technology Co., Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the website without our prior written consent.

HyperGrad Image uses open-source libraries and components. These are governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). Where applicable, attribution and license information is included in the source code.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chengdu HyperGrad Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) HyperGrad Image. Since all processing is local, we have no access to your files and cannot be responsible for any data loss. You are encouraged to maintain backup copies of important files.

Our website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to other websites in the HyperGrad ecosystem. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with advertisements and external websites are solely between you and the third party.

7. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

If you use our AI tools that support BYOK mode, you are responsible for securing your own API keys. Your API keys are stored only in your browser's local storage and are sent directly to the AI provider's API endpoints. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your API keys. You are responsible for any charges incurred by using your API keys.

You may stop using HyperGrad Image at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.
